What to expect when you write to us

We welcome reader questions about methodology — if a number in an article is unclear, or you believe a source has been misread, we want to know. Correction requests are treated seriously: if a factual error is confirmed, the article is updated with a timestamped footnote and you receive a personal reply explaining what changed and why. Course enquiries are answered by the team member who authored the relevant module. We do not accept pitches for sponsored content, affiliate arrangements, or paid placement of any kind. This boundary is not negotiable, and emails requesting it will not receive a reply. If you are a journalist or researcher seeking comment on a data topic related to Thai financial markets, please indicate that clearly in the subject line and we will prioritise your message.
